This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how subscription refunds and cancellations are handled for the STOC Screener service ("Service") operated by Boobesh Dasarath, an individual proprietor doing business as Systematic Traders Official Club ("STOC", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Free Tier
The Basic tier of STOC Screener is provided free of charge. No payment is required, and accordingly no refund applies.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Pro and Elite subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle selected at checkout. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each renewal.
3. No Refunds on Paid Subscriptions
All Pro and Elite purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription days, auto-renewals, partial-month cancellations, or any other reason once a payment has been successfully charged.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation means you will not be charged at the next renewal, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, and your account reverts to the free Basic tier after the billing period ends.
5. Exceptional Refunds
In limited cases including extended service unavailability, billing errors on our part, or other exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we may suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. Where a chargeback is initiated without legitimate cause, you may be liable for related fees and we may bar future re-registration.
7. Exceptional Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved under Section 5, it will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Once processed, refunds typically reflect within an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
