Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how subscription refunds and cancellations are handled for the STOC Screener service ("Service") operated by Boobesh Dasarath, an individual proprietor doing business as Systematic Traders Official Club ("STOC", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Free Tier

The Basic tier of STOC Screener is provided free of charge. No payment is required, and accordingly no refund applies.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Pro and Elite subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle selected at checkout. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each renewal.

3. 7-Day Refund Window

For your first-ever paid subscription to STOC Screener, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first monthly or annual subscriptions to Pro or Elite.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email support@stocscreener.com with your registered account email and order or transaction ID. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days have passed since your initial purchase, refunds are not generally available, including for unused subscription days, auto-renewals beyond the first billing cycle, partial-month cancellations, or annual subscriptions used for more than 7 days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation means you will not be charged at the next renewal, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, and your account reverts to the free Basic tier after the billing period ends.

6. Exceptional Refunds

In limited cases including extended service unavailability, billing errors on our part, or other exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds outside the standard 7-day window at our sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we may suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. Where a chargeback is initiated without legitimate cause, you may be liable for related fees and we may bar future re-registration.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Once processed, refunds typically reflect within an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email support@stocscreener.com with your registered account email, transaction ID or order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
